Our Chardonel grapes, a cross between Chardonnay and Sevy!, combine flawlessly with Vermentino, an Italian grape used for high quality wines. This dry white wine pairs perfectly with fresh seafood from our region, white meats, and Italian dishes but is versatile enough that there are really no wrong answers.
