Pearl

An exceptionally favorable growing season ripened our grapes to perfection allowing us to blend together this "gem" of a wine! Our Chardonel grapes, a cross between Chardonnay and Sevy!, combine flawlessly with Vermentino, an Italian grape used for high quality wines. This dry white wine pairs perfectly with fresh seafood from our region, white meats, and Italian dishes but is versatile enough that there are really no wrong answers. Just like those who find a pearl in an oyster, if you are drinking a bottle of our Pearl, consider yourself lucky!
