Description

Two of the most prominent Italian varietals, Pinot Grigio & Vermentino, were thoughtfully and meticulously blended to perfection to create our Miscela Italiana. We capitalized on a remarkable growing season, producing an exemplary fruit which was placed into the highest quality oak barrels soon after harvest.

The wine was carefully monitored to develop the desired flavors prior to blending and cold stabilizing in a stainless steel vat.

This fine, dry blend of vinifera varieties exceeded our expectations and is an exceptionally well balanced wine.
