Description

Our Chambourcin is a dry, red wine suitable for pairing with fine beef or wild gamey meats but also enjoyed with a variety of other dishes. Born in France, this grape is currently grown around the world but has been found to thrive most and produce high quality wines in the Eastern United States.

The unique attributes of this grape are fully on display in this wine which underwent crushed skin contact fermentation and malolactic fermentation prior to aging in the highest quality oak barrels.
