Bord Blanc

The famous Bordeaux region of France is well known for its red blends but also produces a classic white blend composed primarily of Semillion and Sauvignon Blanc. Both of these varietals were planted in our initial blocks and have thrived in our local terroir.

Ideal fruit was harvested and processed after which the wine was transferred to high quality oak casks for aging to achieve desired flavors and taste. The Semillion displayed remarkable "fatness," a term that denotes exceptional concentration of fruit flavor which perfect richness on the palate. Meticulous care and blending enables us to achieve this extraordinary final product.
